IN-PERSON COACHING

Whether you are just starting your running journey or hoping to run a PR in your next race, this plan has you covered!  Meet once monthly (60-minute session over the phone or in-person) for personalized help with your running form, pace, cadence, running tips – whatever you need.  Includes a training plan (and revisions along the way, if necessary), as well as email/phone/text support. ONLINE COACHING

This package includes a training plan to suit your needs, email support, and weekly phone and/or email check-ins with your coach. Perfect for the runner without a lot of time to spare. Contact me now, and let’s get started!

“JUST THE PLAN” 

Do you want a 12-16-week training plan to help you with your next race?  We will put together a plan based on your experience and needs. Includes email/text support. Contact me, and you’ll have a plan within a few days!
