All group in-person yoga classes are cancelled until further notice due to COVID-19 and social distancing issues, but you can now attend class virtually! Private yoga sessions are also available (outdoors when weather allows).  Contact me for more info.

Fri8:00 AMYin/Yang YogaA balance between slow, sustained holds to stress and strengthen the connective tissues (bones, ligaments, tendons, and fascia) and flowing postures. It will leave you feeling open, refreshed, and ready to face the day with a positive outlook.
