All in-person yoga classes are cancelled until further notice due to COVID-19 concerns, but you can now attend class virtually!

***Please sign up/pay at least 8 hours in advance to guarantee your spot and so you can receive the Zoom link prior to the class.***

Online Classes - During COVID-19 Social Distancing
Mon8:00 AMDetox VinyasaStart the week with a flowing yoga practice that includes detoxifying twists and heart openers.
Tue10:00 AMChair YogaRelieve stress and tension with mindful movement, pranayama (breathing), and meditation.
Wed8:00 AMYoga for Strength and StabilityStrengthen your body and mind with this vinyasa practice that will help you leave the mat feeling not only stronger but also more centered.
Thur10:00 AMYoga BlissStress relief at its finest! Emphasis on gentle yoga, pranayama (breathing), and meditation. This class will leave you feeling centered with a clear mind and positive outlook, allowing you to embrace life’s inevitable ups and downs with gratitude.
Fri8:00 AMYin/Yang YogaA balance between slow, sustained holds to stress and strengthen the connective tissues (bones, ligaments, tendons, and fascia) and flowing postures. It will leave you feeling open, refreshed, and ready to face the day with a positive outlook.

6:00 PMCore and More!Having a strong core is about more than just having 6-pack abs–it’s about strengthening the lower back, hips, glutes, and abs. This is a flowing yoga practice that emphasizes the entire core. Build strength, develop flexibility, and learn to connect with the messages and sensations of your core center and your gut instinct.
Tue5:30 AMRise and Shine YogaAn energizing vinyasa practice to wake you up and get you going–and flowing–into the rest of your day.
10:00 AMChair YogaRelieve stress and tension with mindful movement, pranayama (breathing), and meditation.
Wed8:00 AMYoga BarreUniting yoga, ballet barre, Pilates, and strength training to create a more balance body, mind, and spirit. Utilizing a chair as our ballet barre to provide stability, balance, and support as we move through exercises that target the core, glutes, arms, and legs.

Thur10:00 AMYoga for EVERY BodyThis practice combines yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation–all with the aid of a chair to encourage moving mindfully and with intention. This class is great for anyone with knee issues or other limitations– or anyone interested in learning how to squeeze in some yoga when they’re in an office or traveling.

10:00 AMFunctional FitnessA fun and functional movement class using light weights, resistance bands, and your own body to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Work at your own pace, and make sure to bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a towel.
Sat1:00 PMAll Levels Vinyasa FlowA grounding flow suitable for all ages, sizes, and levels of experience–beginners to advanced!
