All group in-person yoga classes are cancelled until further notice due to COVID-19 and social distancing issues, but you can now attend class virtually! Private yoga sessions are also available (outdoors when weather allows). Contact me for more info.
***Please sign up/pay at least 12 hours in advance to guarantee your spot and so you can receive the Zoom link prior to the class. If it’s less than 12 hours, please call the studio to verify availability.

|Thur||9:00 AM||Chair Yoga||Relieve stress and tension with mindful movement, pranayama (breathing), and meditation. Optional use of a chair.
|Fri||9:00 AM||Detox Vinyasa||A flowing yoga practice that includes detoxifying twists and heart openers.|
