All yoga classes are virtual until further notice. Private yoga sessions are also available (outdoors when weather allows).  Contact me for more info.

***Please sign up/pay at least 12 hours in advance to guarantee your spot and so you can receive the Zoom link prior to the class. If it’s less than 12 hours, please call 610.760.3308 to verify availability.

Class passes are eligible for online group yoga classes.

JOY Fall Detox

21-Day Guided Cleanse

The JOY Fall Detox is about showing yourself a deeper level of care and kindness–it’s NOT about depriving yourself.

With this cleanse, we’ll ADD to our nourishment and enhance our digestion–of food, emotions, and daily experiences.

It’s not a “one-size fits all” type of detox–I’ll help you design the journey that supports you and your body.

You’ll receive a workbook and recipes to design the cleanse that is appropriate for YOU–exactly where you are at this stage in life.

You might choose to focus more on the food you eat, self-care practices, explore a digital detox, or a combination.

We’ll take the time to cleanse and reset our bodies, minds, and emotions.

We’ll support each other on this journey with weekly calls to share successes, struggles, tips, and suggestions.
