My classes are for ALL levels, and I encourage all my students to listen to their own bodies (not their egos) when choosing appropriate options. My goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone. All ages, sizes, shapes, and levels of ability are invited–beginners to advanced. All you need is a yoga mat and a smile–a bottle of water is always a good idea too! Remember: if you can breathe, you can practice yoga!
In addition to my weekly class schedule, I offer private yoga instruction–for groups and individuals. This is fantastic for deepening your practice and also great for team building. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
New to class at XYZen Wellness? Please print and complete this waiver (PDF | DOCX) to bring to your first session (it will save a bit of time for your first class–or you can complete one on at the studio). It will help me recommend modifications for specific movements, and it’s also a general purpose waiver.
Calendar of Classes

|6:00 PM||Core and More!||
Having a strong core is about more than just having 6-pack abs–it’s about strengthening the lower back, hips, glutes, and abs. This is a flowing yoga practice that emphasizes the entire core. Build strength, develop flexibility, and learn to connect with the messages and sensations of your core center and your gut instinct.

|Thur||10:00 AM||Yoga for EVERY Body||
This practice combines yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation–all with the aid of a chair to encourage moving mindfully and with intention. This class is great for anyone with knee issues or other limitations– or anyone interested in learning how to squeeze in some yoga when they’re in an office or traveling.
|Fri||8:00 AM||Yin/Yang Yoga||
A balance between slow, sustained holds to stress and strengthen the connective tissues (bones, ligaments, tendons, and fascia) and flowing postures. It will leave you feeling open, refreshed, and ready to face the day with a positive outlook.
|10:00 AM||Functional Fitness||
A fun and functional movement class using light weights, resistance bands, and your own body to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Work at your own pace, and make sure to bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a towel.
|Yoga for Athletes–and Everyone Else||
A flowing yoga practice with attention on the lower body, while also providing poses to strengthen the core and improve balance. This class is a great compliment to any endurance program or sport-specific training and is also perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility and mobility in their body. All levels are welcomed.
***October 19th, I will be teaching a special 90-minute class at the LCCC Foundation Fall Fitness Fest (instead of the regular Saturday class)***
